Started care in Texarkana in December 2025 I've had numerous referrals, images, and lab tests. I haven't had any delays, or other issues. Community Care is awesome. They have completed all my referrals in a timely fashion, calling me several times to keep me updated in the process. Thank you, VA Texarkana, Texas for your care. Much appreciated.

These guys are overworked and probably underpaid for the volume they get here on a daily basis. They'll get you seen and taken care of, though, even if it's 5 minutes before close.

Little tiny bit slower than I would have liked, but every single person I interacted was a true professional. Loved my doctor, Dr. Mary Fitzgerald. The woman is informed of everything!Will definitely be coming back, encourage all my fellow patriots to do the same.
