Austin was great! We just moved and transferred our service. He did inside and outside to prevent pests at our new home. He sprayed the wasps and fireants near the house. There was a text before he showed up, giving us time to lock our pets up. He was friendly and personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and was prompt, respectful of our time. Bravo!
Scheduling the appointments was very easy. Each customer service representative we called was so friendly! We had to reschedule a couple of times, and Terminix was more than accommodating for us! Kyle, our service tech, was phenomenal! So personal and very knowledgeable about his job. I’m very glad that he is our tech for our time with Terminix.
