I was more than happy with the work that was done I did not realize that my duck work was so filthy and the house smelled and I had mold. I’m sure that now my allergies will ease up. Edwin was very courteous very respectful very hard-working. Did a wonderful job for us.

My experience was not very good the first time I used Stanley steamer, HOWEVER the Area Supervisor responded immediately to my feedback upon filling out the companys survey. The first appt a tech Edwin came out. He did not even tell me his name nor wanted to do any extra work or even be on my job, did not do a good job with the carpet, gave me no after care instructions nor a receipt. The lead technician Alax that came out to redo the carpets that the supervisor recommended, after he offered to have Alax come out and redo the carpets for free along with a 10% discount off of any additional services was Superior!
