The ladies at Ruth's Flowers were so polite and helpful! I was trying to order sympathy flowers for a team member - unfortunately with it being Valentines Day, I had trouble with other florist not having anything in stock. Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate my order and I can't tell you how much I apricated it!

We called 3 places to order 40 Roses for our 40th Anniversary. Ruths Flowershop was the only shop that said they could fill the order and deliver it to the Hotel where we were going to stay. I resived a text 1 hour before delivery time from them saying there are unable to fill the order and they would refund my $257 in 3 to 5 Buisiness Days. To late to get Flowers elsewhere.HAPPY 40TH ANNIVERSARY.

We just want to give a great big thank you. We ordered flowers from Ruth's and by mistake we ordered a basket that was meant for Baby's, I received a call from the Florist and she informed me of what I had done. She asked if I wanted to just allow the florist to make an arrangement to match the colors in the basket I had ordered. I went ahead and told her to please fix my mistake and I am so thankful that I did. Not only was the flowers beautiful they far surpassed what I had expected.
