Tried another cash buyer company beforehand and they drug out the process by ignoring offers, not responding to interested parties in a timely fashion or totally ignoring potential buyers altogether. Interrupted my work schedule by requesting last minute walk throughs requested by potential buyers and investors. Not so with Regulo Olvera Real Estate.
My inherited home was purchased within a month after initial contact with them. No walk throughs, inspections nor interruptions to my daily schedule. No hidden fees. Everything was disclosed upfront. Truly thankful— Couldn’t ask for a more professional and more importantly, honest company to do business.
