I really don’t have anything negative to say about these guys. Our old existing well caved in, and we went without water for weeks. Pender rescued us, and the crew entertained all of my questions about the aquifers and how it worked. Before, we were never even able to drink our water. Now we can, thanks to some actual expertise. They were patient and understanding with my situation, and they helped answer every question I had. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Overall, Pender provided great service. My installation was not the usual setup. I wanted the above ground part of the well to be in my shop. Once installed there was a problem with the water pipe setup kicking hard, and it almost seemed that if something didn't get changed, I would eventually have a broken pipe and water everywhere. I contacted Cyle and he sent his team over to evaluate the problem and see what could be done to resolve the issue. After evaluation and discussion with Cyle and other team members, they determined that the pipe setup and where the switch on the pipe was caused the issue. Very professional from start to finish! Very knowledgeable and I learned quite a bit about water wells! I can't say enough good things about this company, definitely will use them for any service needed on new well!
