Absolutely amazing service! Vic, Richard, and Jessie were all great and did amazing work.What started as what I thought was a simple clogged drain, took a few turns for what I thought was the worst. After a few tries, these men were able to fix my problem without having to do excessive work.Their dedication to their work and to the customers saved me time but thousands of dollars in bills as well.Thank you! Mr. Richard Lewis, with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana, did an excellent job getting our plumbing working again. He made absolutely sure that everything was working as it should before he left. He went above and beyond what most plumbers do. He was professional, obviously very knowledgeable, experienced, and did not leave a mess to clean up as some plumbers do. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having plumbing issues. I would call him or Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana again if we have plumbing issues in the future. I am very pleased with the prompt courteous professional service from Mr. Rooter. A few weeks earlier my wife mistakenly called a similarly named competitor that failed to search out and resolve the problem. This other company only made assumptions on what the problem might be and we were left with a bill for absolutely nothing. The Mr. Rooter representative, Mr. Victor Lawson assessed the problem and quickly cleared the clogged drain which was the original reason for the service call as well as repaired a leaking kitchen sink in far less time than the other plumbing competitor took to do nothing. I will call Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs.
