She always tells me if I am at all unhappy, to come back and she will make it right at no charge. But in the 3 or so years I have been going here, that has never happened. Oh! I also have to shout out her office manager as well. She is an absolute gem. As a single mom, I had to bring my son with me to an appointment one time and she went out of her way to assure me it wasn't an issue.
