Last weekend I told them I was using a gift certificate for my birthday to treat myself. Everyone was wonderful and they even put together a special birthday treat and gift for me in between sessions! WHAT! I spent a few hours - and did the flotation therapy, infrared sauna, massage chair, and sensory lounge. Then wrapped up with an amazing 90-minute deep tissue massage yesterday that hurt-so-good and helped put all my old man pieces back together. ?
