GYMBOX Fitness provides a clean and spacious environment with great equipment and friendly staff. Many members appreciate the personalized service, noting that staff remember their names and greet them warmly upon arrival. The gym features a variety of perks, including a hydroboost chair for relaxation, modern treadmills, and well-equipped locker rooms with showers and ample counter space. VIP membership is recommended for those looking for added value, as it combines gym access with benefits like massages and tanning for a reasonable price. The facility also offers group exercise classes such as Body Pump, which many find effective for quick results and a good way to meet others. Some members mention that the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a good place for beginners and those looking for support. However, there are concerns about equipment availability during busy hours and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, GYMBOX Fitness has loyal supporters who enjoy the friendly environment, helpful staff, and variety of amenities, although some feel it may lack the depth for serious training. The staff, including trainers and instructors, are seen as caring and supportive, creating a positive community atmosphere.
The management and staff are incredibly helpful and take time to remember your name. Small thing to do, but the small things make big impacts! Clean facility, plenty of equipment even during busy gym hours. Their support team take their jobs seriously and care very much about your experience. Love to see it!
Been coming here for almost a month. Nice gym, very clean. The young man in the morning works really hard to make sure the gym is in top shape. I’m very impressed with how organized and clean the gym is especially with the amount of people who come in.
I’ve been going to GymBox for over a year. I’ve enjoyed it a lot, and I will say any issues I’ve ever had, the owner has made it right everytime. He’s a super nice and understanding guy, and I appreciate customer service more than anything nowadays. I most certainly will be returning to GymBox when/if I move back to town. <3
