Massage was GREAT. Yes they charged me $3 because I paid with a card. I actually wanted to coming back until Helen got mad because I left only left her a $7.00 tip. She wanted more. She was very rude. She actually told me to “tip more” followed by “ you give more” Her entire attitude changed. Customer service was terrible.
I had a very good massage here—the therapist did a great job, and I felt much better afterward. However, my experience was soured at the very end when I paid $60 for an hour-long massage and added a $10 tip. Instead of a simple “thank you,” I was met with an attitude that implied my tip wasn’t enough. A little appreciation goes a long way, especially when someone is giving extra. It’s unfortunate because the massage itself was great, but that moment left a bad impression.

Also, I do not post or leave comments on anything often; if I enjoy something, I tip appropriately and just keep going.
