My hair fall out I asked for some my money back cause only had the style 2 days The first picture is the hairstyle I requested in the second picture is the hairstyle I got and now my hair is falling

Very unprofessional don't know what they are doing or just don't care once you give them money before they finish they don't care how your hair looks just rushes to get done I got starter locs they are all different sizes one side looks way different from other side it has only been a week they are unraveling because they didn't get dry under the dyer like it was supposed too because they were in a rush to leave I paid $160. Not worth it waste my money and time 😡

The daughter candy did my hair great the 1st time this time I asked for butterfly locs nd got some other big ugly locs, her mother told me what hair to get which was wrong and they didn’t give me a full refund or partial, the mother was very unprofessional . 👇🏽what I asked for verses what I got nd paid 240 for bs

I would not recommend anybody to come here worst experience of my life I paid nearly $300 to get my hair braided it’s no way my hair been up almost 2 weeks and it already look old. Like they we’re rushing on my head it looks like I have already had it up for months. Never again I am highly upset and they were very rude wen I came in to get my hair done very unprofessional. I wouldn’t dare waste my time or money there ever again and that bad part I was referred by sumone they braid to tight and my edges look nearly gone.
