My AC stopped working. We were desperately looking for a capacitor. Went to Home Depot no luck! We called Brookshire and they had the piece in stock!! At a great price!! Thank you so much!
The HVAC Tech Chris was able to make it earlier than expected. He was polite and we addressed all the rest quested work. He did a good job, let me look things over and was out in a timely fashion.He even explained why the filters are made the way they are. I am happy with the service I received.
The Scheduling with the office staff was amazing!! Technician Brayan arrived on time, friendly and knowledgable and took care of all of my issues and also added optional recommendations without high pressure sales tactics. We were happy to sign up for the Quarterly Maintainence contract with them so we never get in the same position as we are now again!
