My Family Vision Center has a friendly staff that provides thorough eye exams. Patients appreciate the caring doctors who go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. The clinic is able to see patients quickly, even for emergencies. While some patients found the price of frames higher than expected, overall they are happy with the service and would recommend the clinic.
Employees are literally , amazingly kind. The only problem i had was being there almost 2 hours when I had an appointment 🙃 will keep coming here just hope next time I need an exam the wait time won't be so bad
Dr Alexander and staff are all amazing. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Dr Alexander is very patient and accurate with her prescriptions. Always a pleasure to come to my annual visit. Love my new glasses!
Very friendly staff, answered all questions, my son is autistic, he said , This was the first place we have been to that talked to him and treated him like he was important. They listened to him and didn’t try to hurry him.
I highly recommend.
