I went to the americas best in Terrell tx to get my glasses adjusted yesterday. While waiting on my glasses, I could hear this really rude women going back and forth with one of the girls that worked there about prices on a pair of glasses. I felt really bad for the young girl that had to deal with her because this lady was getting confused and almost seemed like she was confused by her own questions or really just trying to play the system so she won’t have to pay what she is asking for. I had a great experience at this optometric office! Yuli, the tech, was absolutely amazing—she was very kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Jestin also helped me a lot and was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up getting both meta glasses and contacts, and the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!
