I went to the store September 11,2024 but I had called before I went up there to see if they had a air filter and they did when I walked in the store they lady I had spoke with remember me she had my air filter ready. The man who checked me out was so friendly just like the lady I spoke with I was in and out the store in less than 5mins this wasn't my first time going in the store their employees are very friendly and helpful I always like that it's a few minutes from my house.
I'm not an HVAC technician, however I'm a somewhat knowledgeable homeowner. Locke's has been very helpful to me, and their prices are fair. If you can diagnose your problem, or want to throw an aging part at a problem, then use them. I have replaced blower motors, run/start caps and beakers using parts from them. Cheaper and quicker than getting an HVAC tech or electrician to come out. Makes my wife HAPPY.
The staff are extremely helpful and honest! The prices are higher than they would be at a "big box" store but the quality of the products they sell are at least equally higher as well.
