The staff was very friendly. The response time was fast and Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we'll use them again in the future.

I had our 50-year old townhouse kitchen plumbing updated by Greg Gentry, who did a great job and explained his procedure and why. Austin Gentry came out later and installed our dishwasher, after the chain store installers said they could not complete it. Austin explained the operation of this particular washer to our tenant. Both men were cordial, competent, and communicative. We had used Ernie's before and have always been pleased.
