My iPhone 11 flew off my car down the highway yesterday and the screen shattered but the phone itself was still intact. I called iTechFix to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised by their low prices. When I went in Shawn gave me a time estimate of 20 minutes, and I'm pretty sure he got it done in even less than that. Super professional, awesome service, and I can't believe my iPhone's already fixed! Will definitely be coming back -- highly recommend this place to anyone in need of phone repairs!
I read the reviews before driving in an decided to come in and try them out. Uriel told me it would take about 15 minutes and he had it done before that! Very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend!
This was the best phone repair experience I ever have received. Uriel was courteous and quick to help me out, and performed my repair efficiently, and with no hiccups. And I know this was a difficult repair to get a new battery in! Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!
