Very poor service. I visited this store and the staff were very rude. I recently moved to Forney and went to this store for the first time, and I never plan to go back.

I bought three pairs of glasses and had to go back a few times because they didn’t fit well for adjustments, but they tried. My biggest concern is how easy the lens get scratched. I take care of mine and keep in a case most of the time but it doesn’t take much to scratch them and I paid extra for the quality lens. They replaced them once but six months later they were scratched again and it cost out of pocket for replacement. The staff is hit and miss, some are friendly, some act like it’s a bother to help you. It’s not a bad place, but it’s not high quality either.

Yuri provided outstanding service! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and she was attentive to every customer’s needs. First time going to this location and I will never go again. I would give them zero stars if I could. General manager is rude and has no patience. You can tell the majority of the staff is stressed out or are in a rush. I never leave reviews, but I was not happy with my visit at all. I tried to give them chance, but no one was very helpful. They couldn’t find my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket since I needed my prescription. Who knows if the prescription is even correct. Overheard them telling another lady the same thing about her insurance, when it states on their signs that they take our insurance. I don’t know what is going on at this location, maybe they just don’t want to deal with doing the work. I had to call my insurance myself and they wouldn’t even look at the explanation of benefits. I tried to get an email address for the doctor and they state they don’t have none. It’s 2025, everyone has an email. My whole experience with is location has been frustrating. This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with America’s Best. This location really makes the brand look horrible. I regret going here even though it was more convenient for me.
