Mr Winkler was fast, friendly, and informative. It was going to cost more than I was willing to spend to fix my washer, so I ended up buying a new one. I'd call Winklers again for sure.

Service man came and checked out washer.The cost for parts was to high and he gave me choice to fix it or purchase a other machine. He was honest enough to tell me that the current problems could be fixed but the main board was weak. I appreciate him. He was very professional wore a mask and told the truth.

I've had a washer clutch replaced. The particular serviceman I use, rebuilt a dryer for me before. I have saves money because most serviceman or companies would have overcharged or have caused me to buy another appliance.
