Dr. Cali and her team took the time to explain every step of the treatment process, answered all our questions, and made sure my daughter and son felt completely comfortable with the plan. Dr Cali’s level of service is exceptional! I’ve only had my braces since August, so maybe about 6 months, and I am more than satisfied with the movement of my teeth and the way things are turning out. On my next visit, Dr Cali will be shaping and manicuring some of my teeth that don’t match the same exact shape as the ones next to them. All of this is included in my treatment plan, as well as my permanent retainer at the end of treatment. I’ve had braces before as a teenager, and the retainer was not included. Dr Cali and her treatment coordinator are just amazing! The office is beautiful and welcoming, i was actually seen at my appointment time! I did not feel rushed in anyway, and all of my questions were throughly answered! High recommend!
