My sweet Mom was visiting from Kansas during Easter and realized she forgot her foundation. We walked into Ulta in Temple that Wednesday and were greeted by Alexa Viramontes. Alexa was so helpful. She listened and made wonderful suggestions. She helped both of us try on foundation and a few other products. She had vast knowledge of thw products and was so kind. We BOTH ended up making purchases that day! We are grateful for our experience with Alexa. Don't let her go, Ulta!

While I like their selection of products, I find it very annoying to be asked at checkout not once but three times to provide my e-mail. This happens every visit and I find it very pushy.
