They were great. Very thorough and very professional. And the price was less than their competitors. $500.00 less for the bait system the other company was just going to spray for an extra $500.00 and they charged me $70.00 just to do the inspection and I've been with them for pest control for the last 2.5th years. And scheduled the spray 7 days out. Terminix did not charge for the inspection and did the treatment the same day.
I absolutely love it when Joe comes by for regular treatment. He's prompt, communicative, and in and out.
With working from home and being in meetings most of my day, I just prepare for his arrival before I start my day, and he gets the job done. He sends a text when he arrives and when he leaves, reminding me to lock up.
5 stars isn't enough, Joe is amazing!
Everyone was super friendly and very informative! They didn't try to charge me like crazy. Called other pest control companies and they wanted an insane amount of money for a "free" inspection. Would definitely recommend over anyone else!
