I have been in pain for 6 months, getting gradually worse every week. I finally decided to find relief and asked my Sheriff Deputy neighbor and buddy if he knew any good chiropractors and without hesitation he said Dr Waller. After one visit today, the pain in my middle and lower back was reduced by 50%!!!

I have had multiple experiences with chiropractors in my past none of which went well. I found this place and they did not push me, rush me, in fact they slowed me down on what I wanted to do. I couldn’t drive 1 hour to Austin without being in chronic pain. 2 weeks later I drove 5 hours straight for vacation and 5 hours back with little to no pain. I have done everything in the last 10 years. This place and this doctor is my favorite. The staff is very responsive and respectful to your pain needs. I would highly recommend Temple Sport and Spine.

This place has been my go-to for years! Dr. Wallar stays on top of the latest technology to try to keep folks out from under the knife if possible! The latest addition to their plethora of treatment options is the Stemwave Technology. I went in with a buggered left shoulder. It was the entire shoulder, front to back, rotator cuff tear, slap tear in the labrum, bicep tendon in bad shape. I have no idea what I did to cause it, but after 7 treatments, I am back to about 90% range of motion, no pain in the back of my shoulder or rotator cuff. The only thing remaining is the tear in my labrum, which is significantly better than it was 4 weeks ago! I still have 3 treatments left, and based on current results, I fully expect this tear to be fully healed (or close to it) in the next couple of weeks. I am able to sleep again without waking up cringing in pain, which has been a huge win! Sleep is key to recovery, but hard to do when in pain. Stemwave is non-invasive, which is important for me as I am closing in on 50 years old. The juice is worth the squeeze! Go see Temple Sport & Spine and let them get you on the road to recovery. I am SO glad we took the suggestion, and I will absolutely recommend him and his team to any other athlete needing rehab. Dr. Wallar offered visits that accommodated my work schedule, he and his whole team truly cared about my daughter's recovery, and he had her feeling much better in way less time than expected. I have been a client for 3 years. It all starts when you walk in the door and greeted by Dallas and the wonderful staff. They know who you are and you become family. I have seen Dr Waller for mainly neck and feet ( I continue to do toddler turns as a morning routine). Karen for massages until she went strictly to nutrition testing, who knew how accurate it is with allergies as well as emotional !! Love Yourself!!! Now I see Adria for my massages and blessed that I can occasionally get a 3 hour massage ( drink water!!!)
