This is going to sound melodramatic but Raven not only rescued my hair from an awful, botched at home, cheetah print-looking boxed bleach job... IN ONE SESSION... but she gave me hair that I feel 100% confident in for the very first time in my life. I have never felt this good about my hair 😭 I came in to their salon on a hope and a prayer that they would accept the amount of work my hair needed in order to be rescued. I came fully prepared to be turned away, or told that I have to dye my hair dark. But Raven ran with my vision, while also being realistic about the possibilities in how it might turn out. Raven is exceptionally talented and knowledgeable. She is thorough in her desire to understand what her clients' wants and needs are, and has the expertise and vision to execute it flawlessly. I'm in love with how it turned out, and grateful for such an amazing experience! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bailey! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to really listen, checked in with me throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out right.
