Had a broken water line for a faucet. Called for service, lucked into them having someone available right away and even better, the service of the two men that came to replace that broken pipe was outstanding!! They took the time to explain what had to be done, cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job on the repair/replacement!
Justin with Staas Plumbing in Temple did a great job repairing broken sewer piper in the slab. He also guided us to Nick with 254 Tunnel LLC to do the tunneling under the slab. Appreciate both these companies coming together to help us resolve this issue. THANKS GUYS!!
I accidentally booked this appointment with the "wrong" Staas. I haven't had to call a plumber since my late Rinnai tankless was installed ten years ago. Thought about canceling and calling the other guys but decided just to go with it. Probably the best decision I've made this summer. David came out and took care of the issue while saving me a TON of money. I'm talking several hundred dollars less than what I estimated the job to cost. It also helps that the plumber David is a genuinely nice guy that is also very quick and capable. Don't hesitate to book your installs with this Staas.
