we checked in a 0950 for a 1010 appointment and it's almost 12 and we still haven't been called back. I've watched families come and go from the lobby and when I inquired about the wait I was told "your family is next".
My overall experience was great from getting started, planning, and end result. I want to give a special shout out to the crowning team they went above and beyond to make sure my crowns looked wonderful and natural. Dr. Grothe is amazing with her attention to detail and dedication to make sure you love your smile. This was a great team effort as well to help make sure the process was comfortable and smooth as could appreciate Amber D, and Haidee for assisting in making that possible.
