I can’t say enough about the compassion and professionalism we received from Pet Angels Cremation. From the very first phone call, he made us feel truly heard and understood. Despite the issue not being his responsibility, he went out of his way to help resolve it—something you don’t see every day. It's rare to find someone who not only takes pride in their work but also shows genuine care for the families they serve. We’re so grateful for his support during such a difficult time.
Jacob and staff are the sweetest people ever! They truly understand what you are going through and treat your lost loved one as one of us. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want your pet/family member memorialized in a dignified manner, please talk to them. They are fantastic human beings!
