We just had our plumbing inspection done, one of the services included in the yearly membership. The technician who came out, Caleb Mock, was excellent! He was friendly, thorough and took the time to answer all my questions while also showing me everything he was checking. He went out of his way to help explain certain items in the house, how they worked and what to look out for in terms of maintenance. As part of the inspection, he also provided pictures and a thorough recap of everything he went over so I had in writing to refer to later.

I had Caleb Mock from Lochridge-Priest Home Services come out to the house to replace a garbage disposal. It’s so nice to find professional people to do quality work. Called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, looked professional, assessed the problem, installed the disposal, rerouted the dishwasher hose to make for a cleaner area. Reasonable price and quality work from a professional. Who could ask for more.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my American Standard Ultimate System. The lead installer Kenneth and his helper Trey were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lochridge Priest's staff always give 100%. They excel in customer services. I also call Lochridge Priest for electrical and plumbing services too!
