I'm being unselfish by posting this review; otherwise, I'd keep a great thing a secret!! Mr. Wilcox is serious about his craft, and a person of integrity. I'll never hesitate calling upon High Caliber because I have total confidence and peace of mind that their job(s) will be done right!
Chris was always timely in responding to my a/c needs. He is honest and has fair prices. He has been out to my home 3-4 times over the past couple of years. I would recommend High Caliber without hesitation.
My 30+ year old AC went out and I was looking for a new unit. Spoke to 5 different AC contractors, and Chris gave me a great quote. He was able to remove and install the new AC unit the next day. He made sure the new unit was working properly before leaving. He also registered the AC unit for the 10 year warranty. I highly recommend Chris if you need an AC job. Thank you
