I had a fantastic experience with the E. Penny Manufacturing Warehouse. From the moment I arrived at the guard check, I was greeted with respect and efficiency. Every member of the team, from the shipping receivers to the loaders, handled everything in a professional manner. The loading process was incredibly fast, and the entire area was clean and organized. I highly recommend any driver to pick up a load from this warehouse—it’s truly top-notch!

Was there for an unload, took about 20 minutes after they got started. Double cool. No issues at guard shack nor in office. These folks had even smiles on their faces at 11pm. Parked on street afterwards. BAM good job wishing this was the norm at all places.

There is no overnight parking, but you can park on the street, there are no signs prohibiting parking. I had an appointment on Wednesday at 3:00 PM. I arrived on Tuesday at 10:00 PM and they loaded me.
