Customer Service was excellent! I really dreaded this RMA going into it but, I had no stress or disappointments. Truly, Arsenal Customer Service earned my respect and appreciation. The entire process was focused on making me whole in my purchase. Today I received a perfect new rifle complete with the three round test target showing it was inspected and fired. Mainly, I'll continue to confidently purchase Arsenal rifles. Thank you.
Did not make excuses as to why or why not something did not operate to customer expectations. Did not blame the owner as every other gun manufacturer on the planet. We hugged it out, and came to a workable resolution we are both happy with.
