The customer service I received from Kaycee was fantastic. I inquired regarding some questions about one of their products that I own and was responded to professionally and in a timely manner. They took my inquiry seriously and gave me all of the info I needed. Very pleased!
Customer service is far from helpful. Waited a week for an in stock item to ship. Lady pretty much said “it’s not shipped” and when asked when it would got an attitude. Last time ordering from them. So if anyone know a good spot for quality AKs hit me up.
Edit, they did sell more than they had in stock. I did get contacted and they had to substitute my order. Said it would ship today
