Kirklin, the technician was so kind, and explained the entire process. He was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job on my carpets. My carpet is old and had multiple spots. He took his time and attention to make them look as great as possible.
DynaClean did an outstanding job restoring two of our carpets after flood damage. Water had come into our home during a rainstorm, and both carpets were soaked and had developed a strong mildew smell. I honestly wasn't sure they could be saved, but DynaClean got them completely clean and the mildew odor is totally gone. They look and smell fresh again. On top of the great results, the turnaround was quick, and the team was helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Great work from a local Temple company — I'd absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water-damaged carpets or rugs.
