This place is fantastic! I’ve been looking for an optometrist that isn’t owned by private equity, and I hit the jackpot with Dietz-McLean. They are family owned, and you can tell right away by the kindness and attention shown by Amber, who helped me today.
I find a lot of people who work in retail/ customer forward jobs these days just don’t seem to care about the people they’re supposed to be helping, but Amber was the real deal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate, which automatically made me want to buy glasses from her.

The new manager of the Temple Dietz-McLean was wonderful to work with. She spent a lot of time getting my uncle's glasses repaired until new glasses arrived, at no charge, and was willing to go to him in a rest home to fit the new glasses.

Amber was very nice. I enjoyed my visits to the optical place, once to have a pair of glasses fixed, and another visit to order new glasses. I will be back a third time when those glasses come in. Mary Ann
