A few months back I bought a rug that I absolutely adored second-hand, but it unfortunately came with a little bit of pet related damage on the very corner. The edging had been undone.
I stopped by Best-Way Carpet with a couple of questions to see if anything could be done to repair it, and they told me re-binding is something they could do if I brought the rug in. Today I managed to find the time to do so, and I'm so thankful I did.

We have used Best Way for a couple of flooring jobs in our home (both carpet and laminate-type flooring). We were very pleased with the quality of their work. I have no doubt that we will do business with them again in the future.

I have used the services of Best-Way, and I have observed the installation and services of other local merchants. I find Best-Way to be the most knowledgeable, and very good about standing by the services and products they offer. I do not have enough information to gauge how their prices compare to others, but their rug cleaning service is second to none. I have not found another vendor with the same level of care for area rugs. A big plus is Best-Way offering insight that showed me in I can cost effectively maintain and periodically replace the pad and carpet; completely removing the "funk" that comes with pet ownership.
