About Baylor Scott & White Pavilion - Temple
Baylor Scott & White Pavilion is a healthcare facility known for its friendly and professional staff. Patients often mention the welcoming attitude of the front desk and check-in staff, who are courteous and helpful. The medical team, including doctors like Dr. Barber, Dr. McMillan, and Dr. Broxton, are praised for their kindness and helpfulness, especially for patients dealing with ongoing health issues such as uveitis. The facility is described as clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for patients. While many reviews highlight positive experiences, some concerns are noted about policies, such as restrictions on children in the waiting area. Patients are advised to plan accordingly, as children under 16 are not allowed in the waiting area, which can be inconvenient for families. Overall, the clinic receives high marks for its attentive staff and quality care, though some feedback suggests room for improvements in communication and policies.
They have ophthalmologists and an optics store here. I've been seeing the same specialist since 2018 when I moved to Temple. They accept debit and credit cards, although they prefer if you prepay through their app when you do the eCheck-in. And they have great bathrooms that are handicapped-accessible.
My experiences with this clinic have been amazing. The ladies up front and checking out are always friendly and welcoming. I have been dealing with a really stubborn case of uevitis so I am in this office a couple of times a month and Dr. Barber, Dr. McMillan, and Dr. Broxton have all been wonderful and helpful throughout this process. Highly recommend!
The staff here has always been great. I’ve had some unfortunate reasons for having to come here but the people here have always been very nice, professional and very helpful with the patients and the patients family.
