My experience at the clinic has been great. Everyone has been very professional in resolving and helping others. My concern is that sometimes it may take a little longer to be seen and that's a complaint to be concerned with. I understand that Examinations may take a little longer. But if the appointment is at 1030 then why stay in an room ? until almost 12. That's too long. Otherwise I am satisfied with the care that I get.
Staff was great as always. Dr.was a little late but I'm fine with that because it's common at most facilities. I do have a complaint that my technical data is not being shared in a timely manner with my VA oncologist who made this referral. I intend to speak with the VA as this seems to be an issue on both ends. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated.
Doctor Phenis was cordial, professional, and thorough as he spoke with my daughter, myself, and my husband. The testing went smoothly and professionally. By the last one, though, my mind was blank.
