The cinic is so and clean unlike some other places and I love seeing DR. GREEN SHE IS SO AMAZING AND A HARD WORKER TO KEEP HER PATIENTS IN CHECK AND I RECOMMEND ALL WOMEN TO SEE DOCTOR GREEN SHE IS THE BEST PERSON AT OBGYN

After missing my appointment at the Baylor Scott & White Clinic in Temple, I was told over the phone that the next available slot wasn’t until June—I was devastated. But then Brenda S., the receptionist on the 2nd floor, made what felt impossible... possible. She worked a true miracle by securing a same-day appointment for me, showing incredible compassion and determination every step of the way.
She brings heart and excellence to providing her patients with genuine care at its finest.

Dr. Ruiz & Dr. McDonald with Baylor in Temple, TX Pain Mgmt. are both absolutely fantastic! I've had epidural injections for my back before but never with the precision of Dr. Ruiz or Dr. McDonald. They made both epidural procedures very comfortable. Both guided me through the entire time Plus they're both very friendly, personable and treat you like you're their only patient that day. I very highly recommend both for any type of injection or pain management need.
