A year or so ago i had an appointment with Mrs.Samantha Mcgrade. Me personally i of course have NOTHING against her. She was an amazing person, such a sweet lady. I’ll give them 2 stars because I love my doctor. But Scott and white as a whole is a TERRIBLE healthcare system. Employees need more training. Patient relations takes no accountability. They don’t even return phone calls. They take your money and do not care about you one bit! Go somewhere else!
