Had appt today checked in at 10:25 smh well i thought i was checked in smh the damn lady ain’t even check me so am just sitting there for nothing then the lady at the front desk gone trying and give me a free clinic paper will b changing my whole doc so I want c them ever again

A year or so ago i had an appointment with Mrs.Samantha Mcgrade. Me personally i of course have NOTHING against her. She was an amazing person, such a sweet lady. But if someone is not sure about something then they SHOULD NOT start guessing. I had a problem with my throat. I went to her and apparently i had “tonsil stones” and i needed to push on them. I went home that night opening my mouth NOT EVEN ABLE TO SEE MY UVULA, pushing on them. I THANKFULLY stopped and went to an ACTUAL ENT DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY!!!! he said my tonsils were 90% swollen and FILLED WITH TOXINS. If i wouldve pushed on them they would’ve busted/ruptured and i WOULDVE DIED IF I TOOK HER ADVICE. IT WOULDVE BEEN DUE TO THE TOXIC LIQUID RUNNING DOWN MY ESOPHAGUS!!!!!!! Im super thankful for not listening and not pushing on them. I eventually had surgery on my tonsil and adenoids. To learn from experience. I encourage people to go to an actual ENT instead of a clinic. I do admit its partially my fault for not knowing it was that bad. But i dont recommend giving people the wrong advice even if specialize in family medicine not ears nose or the throat/ENT. I just had to share this because i dont want someone to make the SAME MISTAKE with a different person, we all deserve fair treatment and the correct advice and i dont want to hear anyone dying from getting the wrong information. When it comes to me i feel like i dodged a bullet from this.

My experience with BSW has been a frustrating one. However, once being seen by Dr.Thomas I finally feel seen and heard. I'm not just number as I have been feeling dealing with BSW. At the Santa Fe clinic I've had no issues. Everyone has been friendly and attentive. There is a receptionist that can be rude at times but I usually get the short haired gentleman and he's fantastic. People need to be aware that it's a resident run clinic. Most of the providers are doing their residency here. So you will lose your normal provider once they graduate. I will be following Dr.Thomas to whatever clinic she signs with at the end of her residency to continue my care with her. I can't stress enough how great she is. It's hard finding good doctors to listen to you and take your concerns seriously. She does just that and in this area, that's hard to come by.

I’ll give them 2 stars because I love my doctor. But Scott and white as a whole is a TERRIBLE healthcare system. Employees need more training. Patient relations takes no accountability. They don’t even return phone calls. They take your money and do not care about you one bit! Go somewhere else!

This was my first and final time. My appointment was 3:40 they told me doc was running behind. I stayed until 5pm and never seen the doctor. I believe it was Dr.Thompson and this so unacceptable to have a new patient well any patient waiting that long w/o being seen.

There is no healthcare continuity here. Providers change constantly. I’m so sick of BSW but they have essentially cannibalized local healthcare infrastructure. Your concerns are constantly dismissed because the ‘doctor’ you’re talking to has to run everything you say secondhand to their attending. If you get a doctor that actually listens, don’t get attached, they’ll be gone before you develop a rapport. You get conditioned to ignore your own issues when healthcare is made this big of a hassle. I’ve had 6-7 different doctors at this clinic. I’m over it.

Providers are constantly changing. Shanna, prescription service coordinator is rude. Getting paperwork or call backs is impossible. The education level for their practitioners is pretty low.

The First Time I got my Blood Work at The Belton Clinic, They Poked me Three Times so I was recommended to go to Your Clinic by my Friend Jenna , Who is also an Employee of your Clinic. She Specifically Recommended Louis and he has done my Blood Work Several Times ever since , He is Very Professional and Great at his Job! He is Also Very Friendly! It is also Amazing How it Only takes him one time to poke me every Time I get Blood work even when I do not drink much Water! Today I went in for Blood work he was having a little trouble finding a vane but he did not give up and still got me with in one poke! there is no way I could work in a blood lab and do as great of a Job as him. I Highly recommend you go to Louis here in the Temple Clinic for any and All your Blood Work Needs! Louis is Amazing at his Job, and deserves to be recognized as Employee of the year!
