My service technician Arnie was the prefect example of customer service He came over earlier than expected introduce himself and I explained the issue that I was having he diagnosed the problem and went in detail on what has to be done. He had a breaker that would fit, but he went out it out of his way to go and get exactly what I needed. Arnie and his crew showed up on time and did a terrific job putting in can lights in my living room, kitchen, and laundry. They cleaned up every bit of mess before they left, and the lights look great! I will happily call him again for any electrical needs I have!

My kitchen light went out and after replacing the light bulbs my husband determined it was an electrical issue. I contacted AV Electric and explained the issue and texted a picture. Arnie pretty much had an idea of the issue. He stated he was pretty busy but would fit me in. He called the next day and sent someone to fix the problem. They employee who came out was very courteous and answered all my questions. Although it was not a big job, I received great service and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
