I always get an update on how she's handling her time there. She knows when she's going for a stay because she gets eager about her go bag being packed. She is happy going in and coming out. She loves to socialize and play with the other doggies. It is very affordable, especially for extended/holiday stays.

I love how they manage their kennels. They are well kept. They don't have too too many dogs, and they did a great job of making me feel assured the first time I left my dog. They let me tour the facilities and gave me a run down of their schedule. I also love that they have the same employees, so your fur babe really gets to build a trusting and safe relationship with them.“

She was incredibly thorough from start to finish, truly listened to our concerns, and paid close attention to the specific behaviors we wanted to correct. Throughout the training, she provided regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She also put together a thumb drive with detailed training videos so we could continue working with our dog at home, which was incredibly helpful. When we picked him up, she had even bathed him and took the time to give us a full hands-on demonstration so we felt confident moving forward. She continued to check in with us even after the training was complete, which really showed how much she cares. We are honestly in awe of how much our boy has changed in just five weeks. He truly feels like a brand-new dog. At seven years old, we were worried he might be untrainable, but she completely proved us wrong. We’re so excited to incorporate him more into our lives.
