I had a great experience here thanks to Natalie. She was incredibly helpful, diagnosed the issue with my frames right away, and had them fixed in no time. If you need your glasses repaired, definitely ask for her!

I broke my frames and they quickly found me a frame my lenses would fit. Even though they weren’t perfect, they gave me the ability to see while I waited for a new pair of glasses to be made. Through some miracle they got the new ones for me in a week. That’s wonderful service!

Great experience getting prescription lenses for my Meta glasses! I bought the frames ahead of time for my wife’s birthday and ordered the lenses. Natalie was super helpful throughout the process, and they came through perfectly. My wife loves them! Highly recommend for smart frames. Either that be meta or the echo brand from Amazon.
