There appointment system takes an inordinate amount of time as you have to go through a 1-877 # to get through, then a series of automated questions which takes approx. 5 min, then you hold only to be told they are busy but will phone you back if wish. Maybe they should lead with that. My reason for calling was verify an appointment made over 3 weeks ago. The intake person said they would be emailing me some forms to complete and appointment verification but that NEVER happened and my appointment was coming up. It shouldn't be this difficult. I think this organization needs to reorganize and do something different. Customer service is not their strong suit.

I have used LSCC for 1.5 years. I don't have insurance and pay 200% out of pocket for every visit, vaccine and procedure. My LO went in for a check up on the first, the NP notes a small amount of redness in his ear. By the 7th he was running a fever and pulling at that ear. I have an otoscope at home. It was clearly red and inflamed. I talked to a nurse about the situation and because I pay out of pocket I requested antibiotics to be called in or a call back if he has to be seen. They said to continue with saline drops and suctioning and they would call back. I called 4 days in a row. NO CALL BACK. Finally I talked with a nurse again and the same situation came up... read full review

I've been going to LSCC for about 8 years now and today was the first time I have ever visited the Taylor location. The wait was a half hour after my appointment time, which I can forgive. But then I waited in my room for about another 20min before seeing the nurse. After the nurse had left and the doctor came in, her demeanor was less than cheerful to say the least. I found her tone to be rude, and she was very short with me. I was in extreme pain at the office and so she said she could give me an injection for the pain which I gladly accepted. She was already one foot out the door when mentioning the shot so I wasn't even able to ask her what medicine was... read full review
