We called when our car was vibrating and shaky. They were not open at the time, but Jose still took the time to ask questions. With his help, my husband realized that one of the tires was about to pop (there was a line and bulge on one side). We were able to put on the spare before anything bad happened, and get to a place that could help
Never had a single issue with this place. Love the customer service. We went to them after our engine overheated. It barely made it to their shop in time. It wouldn't even start up once parked. Turned out we had a hose that was cracked bad. They were pretty full on schedule and got it fixed immediately once I explained I was about to leave and walk to pick up all my kids from 3 different schools.
I've went to the other shop in town prior to that day and they could never find the issue on why it was leaking.
I was shut down on the side of the road for about 20 hours! They came, hauled my motorhome into their shop, late Sunday afternoon. Monday, an hour after work started, I was on the road! Thanks Jose, I will never forget this!
