“I absolutely love this place. I have a very strong prescription, with thick lenses. Bianca went the distance to help me find a pair that looked good on me but was also suited to my prescription. She was also very helpful in making sure I got everything I asked for (transisitions, scratch resistance, etc). Everyone there is just soooo nice! I live 30 minutes away, but I find it worth the trip.“

“This was by far, the very best eye exam if have ever had in 65 years. Lupita was so professional, courteous and compassionate. She deserves a raise! Or, at the very least some type of recognition. What an amazing first experience. I have the unfortunate experience of seeing many doctors and therapists and so many front office personnel are rude, dismissive and (hate to say this) just plain dumb. Lupita is an excellent employee who provides excellent customer service. Dr. Tyler's was equally amazing. She prescribed me exactly what I needed and have requested from the last 4 optometrists seen in 6 years. Her knowledge, compassion, and knowledge were amazing and much appreciated. She has outstanding communication skills and it's obvious that she cares about patients well being. My only regret is that I didn't find her 10 years ago when I first moved to Dallas. I've worn glasses and contact lenses for over 30 years and seen many optometrists and ophthalmologists so I know what I'm talking about. For the first time in 6 years my vision is perfect thanks to Dr. Tyler's. One time after seeing an ophthalmologist in Dallas, as I walked out of the office I even told them I couldn't see correctly. They dismissed my comment and for 3 years I struggled with poor vision. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Eylers and Lupita. Thank you for doing your comprehensive eye exam, explaining all my options and listening to what Iwanted to improve my vision. Mind you, Irequested the same things from my previous optometrists. This was an amazing experience! Well done, ladies! ❤️“
