My experience with this agency was not a good one, first they lied before we transferred to their agency about having and attendant to fulfill all the hrs. When the transfer was final they had no one at all for hrs. Then they sent these sisters Nyah and Ronisha, Nyah doesn't even alert the agency or the family that she is sick she's just a no call no show an days later oh yeah I was sick that's what the agency tells my family and the owner tells me basically that's how it was gonna be (unreliable) why lie to people just to get them and you can't service them. On top of that my attendant for respid haven't been paid for the time she's worked and that's unfortunate because she is the best caregiver anybody could have hopefully she will get what she's worth!!! But I would not recommend this agency for and anyone and the Google voice message is who you talk too most of the time. The owner Tim himself referred me to transfer because he said its an ongoing cycle.

I came to Ascend Home Health Care after being with two other agencies over 5 years. I can say I have never been treated with such professionalism and efficiency on this journey. I had talked with Tim, Chasity and Katy. They ask the right questions, listen and truly care about the patient/client. Cynthia my care giver is great. I had a very bad experience with another agency and Tim was wonderful in listening to my needs. I love my health care attendant Kay! Kay always knows what to do without being asked. With having 2 elderly parents, I highly recommend using Ascend Home Care. Tim who is the Primary Home Care Supervisor is quick to response and always ready to help answer any questions we may have.
