They go above and beyond to ensure needs are met. The agency is quick to respond and always ready to help answer any questions. I came to Ascend Home Health Care after being with two other agencies over 5 years. I can say I have never been treated with such professionalism and efficiency on this journey. I had talked with Tim, Chasity and Katy. They ask the right questions, listen and truly care about the patient/client. Cynthia my care giver is great.
