Left central Texas and forgot my laptop power supply! Needed to complete some CE hours. Amazon couldn’t deliver in time for our short weekend in Oklahoma. Was passing through Sulphur Springs on our way to the wedding and was fortunate enough to find SS Tech Pro owner Robert Hines. He had the cable I needed and even checked to make sure it was in good working order at a fair price! Thank you Robert for great service and down home hospitality!! I had destroyed my charging port called them they said they could fix it dropped it got a call from them they told me that they ordered the part and gave me the price got a call a week later they fixed it I am very happy with them they did a great job if I ever have problems i will go to them again for sure

The team spent an impressive 14 hours diagnosing and fixing the issue. Despite the extensive work, they didn’t charge me for the additional time. Their commitment to solving the problem and their willingness to make things right really stood out to me. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work.

Very nice guy. Replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro. And worked with me to get the best deal he could after the original we were sent was a dud. However, even after the second battery, the issue with staying charged is still an issue. Wouldn’t trust him with anymore apple products. However, very reasonable dude.
