I haven't had any issues so far in 2 years. I had two really high bills due to an unknown slab leak and I let her know, she was willing to work with me and not shut off our water.

Horrible... Absolutely horrific customer service.. but you need water to live... Day 2 without water and was cussed out for calling twice in one day
